Feel free to use the kitchen for your participants. However, please note that as the courtyard is adjacent to residential buildings in the Maxvorstadt area, barbecuing is not permitted. We want to ensure a peaceful environment for everyone involved.
You are welcome to enjoy a drink or two at our venue.
As it is located in a Munich courtyard with residential buildings, evening events are not permitted due to the expected noise level.
You can book the Marsraum until 8 p.m.
Our location is centrally situated in Munich's Maxvorstadt district, which is known for its abundance of bars, cozy pubs, beer gardens, and restaurants.
Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach the beautiful Augustiner Biergarten, where you can enjoy typical Bavarian dishes and excellent Augustiner beer. It's a great way to conclude your team event.

The Marsraum can be rented until 8 p.m.
We understand that plans can change. For cancellations, we have the following conditions:
Up to 14 days prior to the event: Free cancellation
14 to 7 days prior to the event: 50% of the total booking cost
Within 7 days prior to the event: 100% of the total booking cost
Yes, there will always be a contact person available on-site, or reachable by phone after the handover.
Yes, you are welcome to rent the Marsraum for a photoshoot.
Small film or video shoots can be accommodated indoors. Please discuss this request with us directly in advance.
Unfortunately, large-scale outdoor shoots are not possible.
Yes, the Marsraum is equipped with air conditioning. We understand the importance of maintaining a comfortable room temperature for a successful event. That's why we have installed a modern air conditioning system in our premises to ensure a pleasant indoor climate. Whether you visit the Marsraum during the hot summer months or cooler seasons, you can rely on our air conditioning to provide a comfortable environment.
Da es sich um einen Gemeinschaftsgarten handelt, kann man gerne dort zu Mittag essen.
Telefonieren oder sich von der Gruppe zurückziehen, ist natürlich kein Problem.
Das ganze Meeting oder grosse Gruppenarbeiten dort abzuhalten ist dort leider nicht möglich.
Flipcharts, Whiteboard oder gar den Monitor können nicht nach draussen gestellt werden.
Auch Yogamatten und Picknikdecken können nicht genutzt werden.
